I have ordered this product last year in the month of December and just with 3 times usage, the watch stopped functioning. I tried replacing with new battery, but still the watch isn’t working. Since it has 1 year warranty, i am trying to contact the customer support since a month and they are not responding. Kindly sujjest me the next steps

the watch is cmpltly as shown ….but I doubt its not used… its there supposed to be a transparent protection on screen…n the new watch is not ticking coz of that little barrier on side which u hv to remove to start its function… so if the watch was already working…. how m I to believe the battery is not exhausted
