   The dress is beautiful and will flatter anyone who wears it. It was full length for me and I am 5’2″. Has a nice flow and “gher”. The neck can be adjusted and you can wear it modestly or as a deep neck. I wore it with a black cami inside and that looked good too. Figuring the size might be a bit confusing. If you wear it true to your size, then tying up the neck will be an issue. Basically if the bust is slightly loose, you can adjust the neck as per your comfort level. As there will be extra fabric to spare, it will become a nice ruched pattern in the front. But if it’s true size, you can’t adjust the neck too much and probably have to stick with the deep neck style. If that’s your preference, go for your true size but if you want to have more options, go one size up. If you wear it too loose then it looks like a hospital gown (my sister said that to me when I ordered an oversized one). I tried M, XL and L and settled with L.
