The chain is in good condition but it’s horribly entangled. It’s taking an awful lot time to sort it. I fear it might tear while entangling. No complains with the quality but should have been careful while packing it. It was sent in a pouch, which isn’t the right way to put a delicate piece like this. Disappointing..!!
